Heather Hofacre - Development Director / Rachel's House Project Coordinator
Heather has faithfully worked for Lower Lights for over six years. Coming to us as a volunteer, Heather has assisted the Rachel’s House program from its infancy. Her passion for people the world quickly forgets led her to Franklinton after graduating from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Heather has served in a variety of capacities including facilitating in-prison Bible studies for over two years and grant writing for nearly four years. As Director of Development, Heather brings to the staff her knowledge of private, government, and corporate grants, as well as the ability to form and keep relationships with Lower Lights Investors. She is passionate about seeing real transformation and healing in the lives we serve and happy to have invested personally as a Franklinton homeowner.
